Why I chose PSU:
PSU is the perfect size school for me. Not too big, but definitely not too small. The campus is beautiful as well.
Plymouth is a great New England college town and it’s just the atmosphere I was looking for in a school.
My life at PSU:
Busy! I work hard for my grades but I still have a lot of fun here.
What I do in Plymouth and at PSU:
Classes, homework and studying take up a good amount of my time at PSU as education is my first priority.
I also spend a lot of time with friends. I’m involved with a few organizations on campus as well as
working at the HUB in the Student Activities Office. In the winter I like to get out and ski at the local
mountains when I get the chance.
Which organizations do you belong to?
Criminal Justice Organization and Eta Zeta (Criminal Justice Honor Society)
In what ways does PSU foster involvement and the ability for you to build community?
PSU is constantly encouraging students to get involved. With its diverse range of student organizations,
sports and intramural teams and events held on campus there’s something here for everyone.
On-campus or off? Why?
Off-Campus. This will be my first year living off-campus after spending my first two years in the dorms.
I enjoyed dorm-life... I got the “college experience” and met some great people. Now I’m ready
for my own room and kitchen and to experience off-campus living!
Do you visit the Fitness Center or do any Group Ex classes?
I try to go to the Fitness Center on a regular basis. Running is a great stress reliever for me!
