Technology Initiatives and Procurement Service (TIPS)

Institutional computer/technology equipment purchases are those purchased with PSU funds, including grant monies.  These purchases are for institutional use and are tax exempt.   All employee computer purchases -- desktops, laptops, servers, networked printers, scanners and LCD projectors -- must be approved and processed by Information Technology Services.
