Learning Commons

Students can find the support they need to achieve academic success at the Learning Commons.  Students have different learning styles, so the staff at the Learning Commons is available to help you with using technology, researching papers, creating presentations, improving your writing skills and finding a study group.

The Learning Commons at Lamson Library is a state-of-the-art integrated research and technology center that provides Plymouth State students, faculty, and staff with access to a wide variety of tools and materials, information technology resources and academic support services.

The Learning Commons opened in the Fall of 2006. The architecture and layout of the library was modified to reflect an increased emphasis on technology resources, group study and integrated support services. Library and IT staff were cross-trained to provide enhanced services. Read more...(PDF)
