- International Children’s Digital Library
- A 5-year project “to create a collection of more than 10,000 books in at least 100 languages that is freely available to children, teachers, librarians, parents, and scholars throughout the world via the Internet”. There are now over 570 children’s books online.

- National Education Goals Panel
- “The National Education Goals Panel (NEGP) is a unique bipartisan and intergovernmental body of federal and state officials created in July 1990 to assess and report state and national progress toward achieving the National Education Goals.” The Panel has since been dissolved “pursuant to Congressional mandate”. The full text of the reviews is NOT available for free online via Test Reviews Online. However, PSU students, faculty, staff, and alums with a PSU computer account may access the Mental Measurements Yearbook database via the MyPlymouth portal and the Library Home Page, under “Databases” at the left. This MMY database provides the full text of test reviews from the 9th Mental Measurements Yearbook (1985) to the present.
