About Lou Goscinski:

Lou Goscinski has served as a PSU teaching lecturer since 2010. Lou brings to his graduate students over 30 years of professional practice as an experienced educator and school administrator. He is a certified Superintendent, Special Education Administrator, Principal, Special Education Teacher, Learning Disabilities Specialist and Speech-Language Specialist.

Lou has worked in a variety of New Hampshire private and public school settings including Strafford Learning Center, Seacoast Learning Collaborative, Pinkerton Academy and Moultonborough School District. He has taught preschool, elementary, middle and high school students. He has worked as a teacher, speech-language pathologist, building principal and special education administrator. He is beginning he 13th year as a central office administrator. Lou currently serves as Superintendent of Schools for SAU #13.

Lou is a staunch advocate for people who experience disabilities. He has been asked to testify before the New Hampshire legislature for disabilities rights. Lou is a journalist for the New Hampshire Challenge covering issues pertaining to disabilities. The Parent Information Center-NH has recognized Lou as one of New Hampshire’s “Very Important People” in Education.
