

Amanda Munton is a voice faculty instructor at Plymouth State University. She received her Master of Music degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Vocal Performance and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Plymouth State University. Her vocal instructors include James McDonald, Carla Lefevre and Kathleen Arecchi. Amanda is a frequent recitalist throughout New England and has performed various roles with the PSU theatre department, UNCG Opera, UNCG Musical Theatre, UNCG touring opera and worked with Greensboro Opera Company. Additionally, she has served as musical director for Plymouth State University theatre productions and has helped pioneer "Broadway in Brookline," a new musical theatre workshop at the Brookline Music School. Amanda is also the voice department head of the Brookline Music School in Brookline, MA, and a voice instructor at the Seacoast Academy of Music in North Hampton, NH.
