PSU Identification Information
PSU is committed to protecting your identity and preventing identity theft fraud. As a result, you must present an original of one of the following documents in order to have your Plymouth State University ID issued at new student orientation.
- State issued Driver’s License
- State issued Non-driver’s ID card
- Passport
- Military ID card
- Valid School ID w/photo
Please call the Hartman Union Administrative Office at 603-535-2376 for any questions related to identification forms needed in order to have your PSU ID photo taken.
