| About Plymouth Magazine
Plymouth Magazine is published three times a
year by Plymouth State University’s Office of Public Relations and
distributed to approximately 26,000 people including alumni, current parents,
legislators, faculty and staff, senior students, donors and other friends
of Plymouth State.
Our Winter (early February) and Summer (late May) issues provide news of our alumni, students, faculty and staff, along with information about what’s happening on campus and Plymouth’s programs, history or challenges. We have regular features on sports and the arts, and provide an opportunity for faculty to write about their work.
Our Fall (late October) Annual Report features reports on the academic community, the students, the alumni, Plymouth’s financial picture and news of the University as a whole, as well as acknowledging the many donors to Plymouth State’s Annual Fund and our volunteers.
All three issues always include “The Alumni Green” with extensive
class notes and news from the PSU Alumni Association.
Plymouth Magazine Mission Statement
Plymouth Magazine is designed to inform a wide readership (alumni, parents,
donors, friends, legislators and opinion leaders) about their University—its
people and programs, challenges and achievements—in an engaging,
thoughtful and accurate manner. Plymouth Magazine promotes the mission
and values of Plymouth State University and of academia in general (lifelong
learning, intellectual inquiry, open debate, community service). Plymouth
Magazine seeks to maintain and enhance connections between the university
and its alumni, and to reflect the value that Plymouth State University
brings to its alumni and the state of New Hampshire.
