Plymouth State University Alumni Association Golf Classic and Silent Auction

June 2nd, 2008 by Adam

Dear Plymouth State Alumni and Friends,

Please join us for the FIRST Plymouth State University Alumni Association Golf Classic taking place on Monday, June 2, 2008 at Owl’s Nest Golf Club in Campton, New Hampshire. This is sure to be a wonderful day to renew friendships, enjoy a beautiful course and raise money for the PSUAA Scholarship Fund and other alumni activities.

Owl’s Nest Golf Club, rated as one of “America’s Best Public Access Courses”, is a “must play”. Each year, Owl’s Nest Golf Club is recognized as one of the Top 5 courses in New Hampshire. Our tournament capacity is 36 foursomes, so we encourage you to register early. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Not a golfer? Then join us for the Awards Reception and Silent Auction portion of the day’s festivities. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and awards begin at 3 p.m.

We are extremely proud of our ability to award deserving students financial assistance as they pursue their educational goals. Each year, the Plymouth State University Alumni Association raises more than $15,000 to fund scholarships for students and assist with alumni programming. This year seven students received leadership scholarships, eight student organizations received engagement grants, and we were able to begin providing web based career management resources to all alumni and students.

We would like to invite you to become involved as a participant and/or sponsor. Please see the enclosed Sponsorship Packages sheet for details of the many opportunities to support the Plymouth State University Alumni Golf Classic.

To register to play in this year’s outing please return the Registration Form or if you need further information, please contact Joe Long at (603) 535-2589 or e-mail at hlong@plymouth.edu. We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Joe Long
