PLYMOUTH, N.H. –A forward on the Plymouth State College men’s soccer team has earned mention on this week’s Little East Conference Weekly
Honor Roll after helping the Panthers remain unbeaten.

Freshman Antoine Moiboueyi (Gabon, Africa) kicked a game-winning shot past goalkeeper Rob Costa (UMass Dartmouth) with only three minutes
remaining last Saturday to give PSC a 2-1 win in its only game of the week. Moiboueyi’s goal lifted Plymouth State to a 10-0-2 record, and 4-0 in the Little East
Conference. The native of Africa has eight goals on the season, all of which were scored in his last six games.

The rookie forward was also the LEC Player of the Week earlier this month after scoring a hat trick in a win over Rhode Island College. Moiboueyi is
currently eighth in the LEC in scoring, with 17 points in nine games.

The Panthers continue to have a terrific season under seventh-year head coach Shawn Griffin. PSC has climbed to No. 2 in New England and No. 9 in
Division III in this week’s NSCAA polls.

PSC plays its third straight LEC road game on Tuesday (Oct. 20) at Southern Maine (3:30 p.m.). PSC returns home Saturday (Oct. 24) to host UMass
Boston (11:00 a.m.).

Panther Notes: Senior Jesse Elderkin (Concord, NH) and junior Kevin Martin (Foxboro, MA) are also among the LEC scoring leaders. Elderkin is
sixth with 21 points (nine goals, three assists), and Martin is tied for 19th with nine points (four goals, two assists)……Senior goalkeeper Shawn Higgins (Foxboro,
MA) leads the LEC with a 0.49 goals against average. Higgins has given up just six goals in 12 games played and has shutout the opposition five times this season.
