PSU's Office of Public Relations (OPR) is here to help faculty and staff get the word out about our programs in the most effective way possible.

OPR has developed the Plymouth State University Style Guide to assist you in writing copy. The purpose of this guide is to help achieve consistency in Plymouth State's publications for both internal and external communications. The PSU Style Guide( 174 Kb) is to be used for all Plymouth State University publications. For news releases, PSU will continue to use the most current AP Stylebook. Please send any questions or comments regarding the use or contents of the PSU Style Guide to opr@plymouth.edu

We will work with you on publications such as brochures, posters or ads for recruiting new students or departmental newsletters to keep in touch with alumni, get the word out when you have news and help you develop and maintain your Web site.

Reading through the relevant section will help you be prepared-and that will make your project go most quickly and easily. When you're ready to start a project, go to Submit a Work Request and tell us as much as you can about the project you're planning or your latest news.
