Bid Specifications

Jobs Under $10,000

• We will develop a request for bid (RFB) including the print specifications.


• The RFB will be faxed to at least three printers with the proper equipment and expertise for your type of job.


• OPR will reconcile the bids and determine the low bidder within the specifications.


• After sharing that information with you, we will contact the chosen printer as well as notify the printers that were not chosen.

Bids for jobs over the $10,000 limit are handled by PSU's purchasing office.
