The Intake Meeting

At your intake meeting, the project manager, editor and designer will get the details we need to bid the job. We'll discuss your budget, audience and concepts for the publication, help you determine the best distribution method, and work with you to develop a series of deadlines for each aspect of the project. We'll use this information to prepare the publications project agreement for you to sign. The agreement lists all deadlines, both yours and ours, and specifies who is responsible for each aspect of the job.
