Payment

You are responsible for paying the printer. The printer must have your purchase order or P-card number before they can begin working on your job. At the same time, a copy of the winning quotation must be forwarded to the Purchasing Department if between $3,000 and $4,999 and copies of at least three quotations if between $5,000 and $9,999. Vendors have been instructed by USNH purchasing not to begin any job without a purchase order or the vendor may be liable for the cost of the job.
