K. Hridaya Hall is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience in student development in higher education, college counseling, mind-body therapies, and experiential and outdoor education.  She has particular interest in working with clients with mood, body image, and spiritual issues.  She has completed a year of service with AmeriCorps and spent nearly three additional years co-founding and developing a training facility for adults with disabilities in the Virgin Islands.  Hall has also worked seasonally as an outdoor educator, guide, and ropes course facilitator.  She has offered breathing and meditation classes for clients at a functional center and served as an assistant facilitator for an Integration Concepts, Breath Therapy Level I training.
