AICP Scholarship Program

The Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP) serves the insurance compliance community by promoting relationships, exchanging information, and providing learning opportunities within a dynamic regulatory environment. Up to three (3) $1,000.00 scholarships may be awarded annually for tuition and fees.

Eligibility: Parent(s)/grandparent(s)/legal guardian/spouse must be a member of the AICP in good standing. Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75, be full time, and a business or mathematics major.

Competitive award of $2,500 scholarships for five outstanding AICPA student affiliate members pursuing studies in accounting, finance or information systems who, in the opinion of the Scholarship Selection Committee, show significant potential to become successful business people.

ALTRUSA Non-traditional Student Scholarship: Meredith Chapter

Altrusa International, Inc. is an international association of business executives and professionals who volunteer their energies and expertise in projects dedicated to community betterment. Altrusa is a community service organization that espouses volunteerism and service. The Meredith Altrusa Club is part of District One, which has 20 clubs in four US states as well as clubs in Canada and Bermuda

Business Administration Degrees

Education-Portal.com is a resource hub for students and working professionals to research career paths, degree programs, and schools within their chosen disciplines. They offer several scholarships, including a $500 award which will be given to a student pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident, pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree, enrolled (or accepted) in an accredited college or university, have a minimum of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours still to be completed, consent to provide a digital photograph of self and quote for display on Education-Portal.com if notified as the award winner by the selection committee.

Claricode Medical Software Essay Scholarship

The Claricode Medical Software Essay Scholarship awards a total of $5000 each year to full-time undergraduate or full-time graduate students who attend a U.S. accredited college/university. These scholarships require basic applicant information as well as a 500-1000 word essay.

Elizabeth and Sherman Asche Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Association on American Indian Affairs offers Elizabeth and Sherman Asche Memorial Scholarships in the amount of $1,500. Disbursement in the amount of $750 is made directly to the college fall and spring semesters pending satisfactory progress. Spring disbursement requires a copy of the fall semester’s grades and a spring semester class schedule. Students are eligible to apply on a yearly basis.

Humane Studies Fellowship

The Institute for Humane Studies supports the achievement of a freer society by discovering and facilitating the development of talented students, scholars, and other intellectuals who share an interest in liberty and in advancing the principles and practice of freedom. The fellowships support study in a variety of fields, including economics, philosophy, law, political science, history, and sociology.

IMA Memorial Education Fund

The John L. Carey Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to liberal arts degree holders pursuing graduate studies in accounting. These awards are intended to encourage liberal arts undergraduates to consider professional accounting careers.

Kosciuszko Foundation’s Tuition Scholarship Program

The Kosciuszko Foundation is dedicated to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between the United States and Poland and to increasing American understanding of Polish culture and history. Scholarships for graduate studies are available to New Hampshire students of Polish descent through the Stella Pinska-Keene Scholarship of the Kosciuszko Foundation’s Tuition Scholarship program. Scholarships range from $1,000 to $7,000.

Minorities in Government Finance

The purpose of the Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship is to recognize outstanding performance by minority students preparing for careers in state and local government finance.

New England States Government Finance Officers’ Association Scholarship

The NESGFOA promotes and encourages a closer relationship among those engaged in finance in the municipal, state and federal service, develops a closer relationship and understating among public officials whose responsibilities and duties involve state and municipal problems, facilitates discussion, analysis and solutions of such problems under the laws existing in the New England States, and promotes continuing educational programs for public finance officials and employees.

The New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA) is a state-wide professional organization of CPAs in public practice, industry, government and education. The Point Foundation provides financial support, mentoring and hope to meritorious students who are marginalized due to sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity. Rotary Peace Fellows are leaders promoting national and international cooperation, peace, and the successful resolution of conflict throughout their lives, in their careers, and through service activities. Winifred L. Foote Award for Academic Excellence

It is the purpose of the Stratham Historical Society, Inc., a non-profit organization, to establish a program of educational awards, with monies received from the investment of the Winfield L. Foote Endowment Fund. These scholarships and awards shall be known as “The Stratham Historical Society Winfield L. Foote Award for Academic Excellence.” The criteria for awarding these monies shall be in keeping with the stated mission of the Society –“to promote the study of the prehistoric and historic past of Stratham, New Hampshire, and of communities and cultures related to that history.”
