The mission of the Frost School is to provide alternative access to quality higher education for the citizens of New Hampshire (particularly those in the North Country and Lakes Region) and New England.

The Frost School was named in honor of Robert Frost, who lived on campus and taught at Plymouth Normal School in 1911. The school honors Frost’s values of individuality, hard work, humanitarianism and devotion to the country “North of Boston”.
