What’s your Leadership Style?

Every leader is different! Before you can be an effective leader, it is best to spend time getting to know yourself and your strengths first!

There are plenty of strength and personality quizzes out there but these are some of the best, in regard to leadership and development:

Myers-Briggs: Take the test!
True Colors: Take the test! (requires a piece of paper and pen/pencil)
LOGB (Lion, Otter, Golden Retriever, Beaver): Take the test! (requires a piece of paper and pen/pencil)
Top 5 Strengths: Take the test! (this is a generic version, there is a pay-for available here)

We are constantly looking to offer workshops and seminars about personality discovery and leadership development. Be on the look out for our True Colors workshop March 22nd, 2016!
