Intermittent access to Web-based services

ITS is experiencing issues related to the Oracle Database Servers.  As we work to resolve these issues it is possible that customers will continue to experience intermittent issues with myPlymouth, PSU Banner and other web applications.  Individuals on campus can still access Moodle by typing go.plymouth.edu/moodle in their address bar, but off campus individuals may experience trouble.  PSU webmail may be accessed by typing  https://mail.plymouth.edu in their address bar and then logging in with their PSU credentials.
