Status Update: ITS continues work on PSU Student Banner

Information Technology Services continues to work on the problem impacting service to PSU Student Banner, INB and Reporting. 

While myPlymouth and its associated web services (Moodle, Mahara and myMail) have been stable for a couple hours now, this is due in part to some temporary re-routing put in place to maintain critical services.  Occasional periods of downtime may be expected as we work through the evening to bring all services back on-line.

Eve Ellen Cole has been with ITS since 1998, concentrating on systems administration.  As an Infrastructure Services Technologist, Eve Ellen’s primary responsibilities involve administration of the University’s voice systems: PBX, voice mail, voice activated directory, voice over IP.
