Frank Olcott is a Windows System Administrator. He has worked in a variety of roles in ITS since 1987 and builds Windows and Macintosh desktops for Faculty and Staff. He is the primary contact for Resource25 (room scheduling), anti-virus software and the Identity Finder application. He is also a backup for network authentication (Open and Active Directory), network printing and general Windows server administration.
