Tom Morin is a senior technician in the PSU Computer Repair Center, servicing the technology equipment of the university as well as personally owned computers of faculty, staff and students. Tom also manages the Computer Surplus program; ensuring policies are followed in the program’s acquisition of campus computer surplus equipment and the disbursement of such equipment through donations to non-profit organizations, sales and recycling.
