Phil Manseau is a Database Administrator with MIS. Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Susquehanna University in 2001. Phil comes to ITS from Hiram College in Hiram, OH. Taking his three plus years as a programmer/analyst working with Oracle and Banner he came to Plymouth in 2008. Along with supporting the Banner system and Oracle databases he also is working with end offices to improve their data presentation needs. Outside work he spends his time cycling and ski patrolling.
