JoAnn Guilmett is the Director of Client Services and has been with PSU since 1995 and a part of the Information Technology Services team since 2000. She holds a BGS in Medieval Studies and an M.Ed from Plymouth State. She manages all activities associated with the ITS Client Services team – including providing oversight for the activities at the ITS Help Desk and the Classroom Technologies and AV support of campus events; and coordination of IT related communication to the campus. She also works with university academic and business departments to coordinate technical requirements for faculty, staff and students, as well as collaborating with campus leadership to define future technology strategies. Outside of work, JoAnn spends her time reading, gardening, and traveling.
