Sara Tirrell received her BS in Psychology from Plymouth State in 2002. Sara is a familiar face to many on campus having started her career with PSU at the Help Desk in 1998. During her tenure with PSU she has served many roles from Help Desk student worker, Help Desk Shift supervisor and Sr. Information Support Asst. with the Office of Advancement. She recently returned to ITS as the Helpdesk and Customer Service Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing Help Desk operations and training students working at the Helpdesk and the Library Information Desk. Outside of work she is prolific blogger and Super Mom to 2 energetic young boys.
