The Help Desk is the place to bring all your questions about using technology on campus. Staffed by both IT professionals and a team of highly trained student technology consultants, we can help you with a variety of technology and presentation related problems. Need to edit some video for a class presentation? Laptop running slowly? Can’t remember what you changed your password to? Email problems?  The Help Desk staff is available to assist you 7 days a week.

MONDAY – THURSDAY 7:30 AM – Midnight
FRIDAY 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
SATURDAY 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
SUNDAY 11:00 AM – Midnight

Winterim and Summer Sessions 

MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Exceptions to normal hours for holidays and semester breaks.
