Help & Support

The Help Desk is the place to bring all your questions about using technology on campus. Staffed by both IT professionals and a team of highly trained student technology consultants, we can help you with a variety of technology and presentation related problems. Need to edit some video for a class presentation? Laptop running slowly? Can’t remember what you changed your password to? Email problems?  The Help Desk staff is available to assist you 7 days a week.

Regular Hours

Monday – Thursday:  7:30 am – 11:30 p.m.
Friday:  7:30 am – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday:  8:30 am – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday:  1:00 pm – 11:30 p.m.

Winterim / Summer Hours

Monday – Thursday:  7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday:  7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday:  8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday:  1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Lindsay Coyle is the Director of Infrastructure Services and Chief Security Officer.  He and his group work with students, staff and faculty to deliver voice, networking, and IT security services.  They are also exploring new and innovative ways to provide these services to increase productivity, reduce costs and limit environmental impact.
