Help & Support

The Help Desk is the place to bring all your questions about using technology on campus. Staffed by both IT professionals and a team of highly trained student technology consultants, we can help you with a variety of technology and presentation related problems. Need to edit some video for a class presentation? Laptop running slowly? Can’t remember what you changed your password to? Email problems?  The Help Desk staff is available to assist you 7 days a week.

Hours of Operation:

January 28 through May 17, 2013:

MONDAY – THURSDAY 7:30 AM – Midnight
FRIDAY 7:30 AM – 6 PM
SATURDAY 8:30 AM – 5 PM
SUNDAY 11:00 AM – Midnight

Philip Haskell supports operating systems, applications, and networking problems on PCs and MACs for faculty and staff across campus.  Phil also provides a first-look response for many desktop and laptop hardware problems.  Phil is a graduate of PSU.
