The upgrade on our Bradford network access controller is complete and all network services are now available. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we worked to make improvements to the campus network. If you are still experiencing trouble, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

ITS Status Update: All Services have been restored

All PSU Banner Services (Self -Service, INB and Reporting) have been restored.  In addition, the related problems with myPlymouth and its associated web applications have been resolved.  All systems are now functioning normally.

We are currently experiencing unanticipated problems with PSU Self Service Banner (SSB), Banner INB, and Reporting. Some users are experiencing intermittent issues with myPlymouth, and the other web applications that are accessed via myPlymouth such as the myCourse tab (Moodle, Mahara), the Services tab (Student Banner, course search) and myMail.

Access to Web-based Services is intermittent

Scot Moody started in the telecom industry in 1983 installing and servicing telephone systems and related equipment.  Scot started at PSU as a telecom technician in 2008 and in addition to his telecom responsibilities is also doing systems administration on network and phone systems.
