Purchasing Additional FlexCash & Print Quota

Campus FlexCash are funds held on an account that can be accessed at a variety of locations throughout campus with an individual’s valid PSU Identification Card. All foodservice operations, food and beverage vending machines, laundry rooms, the Follett Campus Bookstore, Ice Rink skate rental area, and some campus copy machines accept Campus FlexCash. Whether you live on campus, commute, or work here, you can take advantage of Campus FlexCash. Campus FlexCash carries over at the end of the semester.

  1. To add additional money to your FlexCash balance, first log into myPlymouth.
  2. In the Go Sidebar (left-hand side of the page), scroll down to find the Dashboard section.
  3. Next to FlexCash, click on the Add More link.
  4. A new page will open.  Type in the amount you would like to purchase (between $50 and $750), click Continue, and follow the prompts.  You can add additional FlexCash at a later date, if needed.

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides students, faculty and staff with a tool to monitor their on‐campus printing. Each user is provided with a quota which totals $40 (equivalent to 800 black & white pages) worth of free printing privileges per academic year, in two $20 6-month installments, one for January 1-June 30, and one for July 1-December 31.
  1. To purchase additional print quota, first log into myPlymouth.
  2. In the Go Sidebar (left-hand side of the page), scroll down to find the Dashboard section.
  3. Click on the Add More link next to Print Balance.
  4. A new page will open.  Select the Non-refundable amount due: drop down menu to select the amount that fits your needs.  Keep in mind that print quota does not carry over between installment periods (i.e. from semester to semester), so only increase your print quota by the minimum amount needed.  You can add additional print quota at a later date, if needed.

Please note that FlexCash and Print Balance totals displayed on the Dashboard may take up to 20 minutes to update if additional money is added.
