You can update the information that is used to reset your myPlymouth password. This includes a personal off-campus email address and/or cell phone. These will be used to send you a reset code when you click on “What Is My Password?” on the myPlymouth login page.
- Login to myPlymouth
- Click on the Contact Info link on the left-hand site of the page under My Services, Everyone
- Change your Alternate E-mail or Cell Phone information accordingly.
- Click the Update Profile button.
- Any change to your e-mail address must be confirmed. You will receive an e-mail message at your new address with instructions. Additionally, if you changed your cell phone number, a text message will be sent to your phone to confirm phone number changes. Standard messaging rates apply.
