Building General Maintenance & Construction

Our Building General Maintenance & Construction staff is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all buildings on campus. this responsibility includes all carpentry, general maintenance, locks, paint, windows and doors located within our one and half million square feet of building area. The Architectural Drafting Specialist currently tracks all of the physical spaces via databases or drawings. Spaces being tracked include (but are not limited to) all spaces encompassed by the building envelope including roadways, walks, parking lots, lawn areas and all athletic fields.  With the rapidly changing technology associated with these fields, the staff continuously seeks additional training and education.
