Commitments and Policies

The Plymouth State University Special Investigator and the University Police Department has made a commitment that in cases involving sexual assault, the Police Department will NOT charge victims for any illegal use of alcohol or drugs that occurred during or leading up to the assault.

The Plymouth State University Police Department Special Investigator has made a commitment to treat victims with dignity and respect and will seek to empower them to make decisions in the process wherever possible.

RESSOUTH UPGRADES ARE SOLD OUT!

RES SOUTH PARKING PERMITS UPGRADES WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING ON MONDAY, February 11th

In order to get your ResSouth Upgrade:

- Peel off your Restricted permit and immediately bring it in to University Police

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

- No Upgrades will be allowed without turning in a Restricted permit

- Credit card, debit card, or e-check can be used to pay the $30.00 Upgrade fee, we do NOT accept cash

- Upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis

- There are only 8 permits available
