Frames

Framesets may not be used on the Plymouth State Web site as they can present significant usability issues for the audience.  Include files, or leveraging blocks components within the Content Management System are the preferred methods, of duplicating information.

Iframes (inline frames) may be used sparingly in PSU web pages and should not be used for navigation or other common page elements.  It is preferred that methods other than iframes be employed, but if iframes are the best solution for content delivery they should be thoroughly tested for usability compliance.
