Video

Video may be used on the PSU Web site provided the following guidelines are met at all times.  The preferred file format for videos if Flash®. In addition, the Web Communications Manager must be notified when video is posted to a PSU Web site.

Videos for the Web site should contain either closed captions or a link to a transcript.  If these options are not available, web editors should make a transcript available upon demand.  The contact information for the person providing the transcript must be included with the video.

Video(s) should comply with all applicable state and federal laws for intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks.
