Contract Pricing

Rental Rates for the period of 9/1/06-8/31/13

  • 10 Passenger Van

    • Daily: $95.00
    • Weekend: $250.00
    • Weekly: $450.00
    • Monthly (1-3 months): $1,100.00
    • Monthly (4-9 months): $900.00

  • 12/15 Passenger Van

    • Daily: $110.00
    • Weekend: $299.00
    • Weekly: $550.00
    • Monthly (1-3 months): $1,200.00
    • Monthly (4-9 months): $1,000.00

  • 14 Passenger Activity Bus

    • Daily: N/A
    • Weekend: N/A
    • Weekly: $650.00
    • Monthly (1-3 months): $1,400.00
    • Monthly (4-9 months): $1,200.00

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Mileage:
    • Daily, weekend, and weekly include unlimited miles within 6 New England states & New York State. Add $10/day for unlimited when traveling outside these areas.
    • Monthly includes 3,000 miles
    • Mileage will be cumulative on all monthly rentals in excess of 1 month per vehicle
    • Additional mileage will be 10 cents per mile
  2. Gasoline:
    • Merchants will provide vehicles with a full tank of gas. Vehicles returned with less shall be charged the current market price as established by AAA.
  3. Delivery and pickup:
    • Free for rentals that are two days or longer in duration
    • $25 each way for rentals less than two days in duration
    • Vehicles can be picked up at the Hooksett location (parking is available for renter’s vehicle during the rental period).
  4. All vehicles will have a power source for cell-phone use.
  5. Weekend rate includes Friday through Monday.

Business Use – Terms and Conditions

  1. Renters and additional drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  2. Drivers under the age of 21 must complete a Safe driver training course offered by Merchants or by UNH University Transportation Services

Personal Use – Terms and Conditions:

  1. Renter and additional drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  2. Renter is responsible for providing insurance coverage or may purchase coverage from Merchants
