Vehicle Rentals

Rental Options:

    1. Cars, Mini-Vans, and Large Passenger Vans (12 passenger vans = driver must be 21 or over)- passenger vans must be rented through the Travel coordinator.

    3. All Students MUST complete the Online Defensive Driving Course.
    4. To gain access to the reservation system, email driver name, whether student, staff or faculty and contact phone number to psu-vehiclerentals@plymouth.edu.
    5. Our insurance requires no more than 9 passengers plus the driver in any PSU rental vehicle.

    1. 12 Passenger Vans – all students MUST complete Online Defensive Driving prior to renting.
    2. Pay online button – must pay with your PCard when reserving van(s). Billing later option is no longer available.  Daily rate $121.00 as of 10/25/2016.

  1. Defensive Driving:   Self-directed
    1. Currently only STUDENTS and Staff (under the age of 21) are required to complete and pass the Online Defensive Driving Course.
    2. As of 10/25/16, all students are now uploaded and have access to this online course. Their login will be their Plymouth email address (ie: joestudent@plymouth.edu) while the default password is: Panther01
    3. If you have any issues logging into the software, please contact:

Defensive Driving

Defensive Driving is required for all use of University vehicles or Rental of a vehicle for University business.

All Plymouth Students have now been automatically enrolled in the Online Defensive Driving Course offered through our insurance company through EduRisk.

Student organizations should be making ALL travel plans and requesting defensive driving through the Student Activities Office.  If you are unsure and need assistance the SAO email address is: student.activities@plymouth.edu

For trips other than Student Organizations, you may register for Defensive Driving by emailing the participant’s name, PSU email address and university id number to:
