Enterprise Car Rentals

Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides vehicle rental services for the University System of New Hampshire. The current contract is effective September 1, 2006. Discounted rates are available for business or personal use by USNH faculty, staff, students and alumni. Rates are valid at any of their NH locations including the on-site Manchester Airport location at 1 Airport Road Manchester, NH 03103 Phone (603) 606-5114 or 1-800-RENT-A-CAR.

Receipts are available online for six months, beginning 48 hours after the customer returns the vehicle.

Go to the enterprise.com site and click on “Rent a Car” along the top navigation. Choose the last option – “Print a Receipt.” Once on that web page, choose the country in which the car was rented, and enter your driver’s license number and last name. Print your receipt from the list that appears.

Half-day and weekend rates:

  • Half-day rates apply to any six (6) hour period ending before 6:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday; or overnight rentals beginning after 4:00 p.m. and returning before 8:00 a.m. the next day Monday – Thursday.
  • Half-day rates on Friday are available on vehicles up to full size and must be returned by 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
  • All other rentals that begin on a Friday or Saturday will be billed for a two-day minimum.

To make your reservations:

  • Reservations should be prescheduled for promised availability. 48 hours’ notice is preferred for a large van reservation.
  • Call our local agency at 535-1080 or call Enterprise at 800-RENT-A-CAR for the nearest location.
  • For PSU business rentals reference customer #PSUBUS.
  • A PSU purchasing card or purchase order will be required for business rentals.
  • You will receive a faxed confirmation of your reservation. Call and arrange for a free pick-up!!
  • Please keep in mind that if something does come up last minute, Enterprise will accommodate the renter to the best of its abilities.

Rate Schedule:

Personal rates are the same as the business rates. USNH insurance regulations permit 9 passengers plus the driver in the large passenger vans. Max total of 10. Vans are shared between UNH, Keene, and Plymouth and are moved based on reservations.
