- All students who have paid the $90.00 room deposit by will be granted housing for fall 2013. We assign students throughout the summer and provide online assignment information (with roommate information) beginning in mid-July. Many freshmen will be assigned to a triple-capacity room; however, the initial charge on bills mailed out during the summer may reflect a double-room rate. An appropriate adjustment will be made to the student accounts once the final assignment is in place. If the student is ultimately assigned to a double-capacity room no adjustment will be made; however, if the student is ultimately assigned to a triple-capacity room the charge will be adjusted and the difference will be credited back to the student account.
