ResNorth Housing Selection Process for Students Not Currently Living in ResNorth

If you currently live anywhere other than Langdon Woods or the University Apartments, there are two ways in which you can try for a space in ResNorth.  You should read this information carefully to ensure you don’t miss any deadlines.

What you need to do…

Students who are being pulled into ResNorth by a current ResNorth student:

  • Complete your ResNorth housing application. The student pulling you into ResNorth will need to present your completed application when they sign up to remain in ResNorth between February 11 and February 27, 2013.
  • Check the ResNorth housing selection timeline(pdf) for specific selection dates.
  • Groups of 4 interested in coed apartments must also complete the coed apartment living agreement(pdf).

Students who are not being pulled into ResNorth by a current ResNorth student:

  • Complete your ResNorth housing application and turn it in at the Centre Lodge Office, no later than Thursday, February 28, 2013.
  • Applications may be dropped off Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
  • If you are applying for space with a group of people, please turn in all applications together.
  • Groups of 4 interested in coed apartments must also complete the coed apartment living agreement.(pdf)
  • Housing selection times will be based on group ranking number averages.
  • Full groups of 4 will receive priority consideration for fully-open 4-person apartments and 4-person suites.
  • Applications for groups of 3 will not be accepted.
  • You will be contacted with information regarding your status in the housing selection process. If we are unable to accommodate your request for one type of housing, we will consider you for all other types of housing for which you expressed an interest.
