Part of my financial aid wasn’t credited to my account and remains as a “Memo Item” on my bill. What should I do?

If we have not received your Financial Aid funds and posted it as a payment to your account, please call the Financial Aid Office immediately at (603) 535-2338. It typically means that you have missed a step in the financial aid process, such as completing the Master Promissory Note.
