Graduate Student Payment Plans

PSU has contracted with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to offer you the following payment plans.

These payment plans are open to all graduate students in a degree or certificate program.

Key Features:

  • These payment plans are interest free.
  • The enrollment fee per plan is $31
  • Term Plan payments can be spread over two or three months
  • Set it up and forget it:
    • Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your savings or checking account.
      • You select the 1st or the 10th of the month for your automatic withdrawals.
    • PSU will monitor your tuition bill account and adjust your payment plan amounts to ensure you don’t overpay or underpay.
