Course Drop Refund Schedule

Refunds of Charges:

Refunds of tuition, mandatory fees, course fees and overload fees will be made according to the applicable schedule below.

Please note that late fees and course fees for academic trips are non-refundable.

If a course is canceled for a part-time student, 100% of all course related tuition and fees will be refunded

The schedule below applies to part-time students who drop a course but will ultimately remain a registered student.

Full Semester and First Half courses
Student drops a course on or before the end of the Add/Drop period for full semester or first half courses 100%
Student withdraws from a course after the end of the Add/Drop period, but on or before the 30th day after Registration Day 50%
Student withdraws from a course after the 30th day after Registration Day 0%
Second Half courses
Student drops a course on or before the end of the Add/Drop period for second-half courses ends 100%
Student withdraws from a course after the end of the Add/Drop period, but on or before the 30th day after Registration Day 50%
Student withdraws from a course after the 30th day after the Registration Day 0%
