Confiscation of Prohibited Items

Residential Life staff have the right to confiscate prohibited items contained in residence hall rooms and apartments. Items, may include, but are not limited to; candles, appliances, and alcohol/drug paraphernalia. Items that are confiscated may or may not be returned to residents depending on the Residence Director’s and/or Director of Residential Life’s assessment of the situation.
