Facilities and Space Use

Officially recognized university organizations and groups and approved non-university related groups may use approved university facilities and spaces for events.

Clearance of event and room/space reservations must be obtained through the Conference and Special Events Office. Depending on the type of event and location, approval from other offices may be needed. If guidelines are established for the facility/space, they must be followed.

To use lobby space in a campus residential facility, approval must be received by the presiding director/manager.
