All students are strongly encouraged to have health insurance coverage, although it is not required for attendance at PSU. For those without coverage by family or employment, a Blue Cross individual plan is available through local agencies here in Plymouth or around the state.
- Athletes are required to have coverage as stipulated under NCAA guidelines.
- Students who participate in a study abroad program or faculty lead short-term program outside of the United States are required to have appropriate health coverage.
