Applicable within University housing:
- Students are responsible for their Residential Life keys including appropriate use of the keys.
- Unauthorized duplication of Residential Life keys is prohibited.
- Unauthorized use or possession of Residential Life keys is prohibited.
- Residential Life keys must be returned immediately to Residential Life Staff when requested.
If a Residential Life key is lost or damaged the student may be charged for a lock change and replacement of the key or keys if additional keys need to be replaced.
If a student needs to have a staff member unlock their room or check out a key to gain access to their apartment, they may be assessed a charge.
