1. Smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of any Plymouth State University building or controlled premise, adjacent to air intake units, outside stairways, or entrance ramps.
2. Smoking may also be prohibited in areas reserved for events that do not fall within the above categories but for which the sponsor determines that the interests of non-smokers need to be protected. For example: graduation, university receptions and events, groundbreaking ceremonies, outdoor concerts.
Applicable within University Housing:
3. Smoking any form of tobacco product in any Residential facility or University Building is prohibited.
