See the Life Educators Web Page for detailed descriptions of the most popular programs. If there is a topic that you want but is not listed, be sure to call and ask. The Life Educators may be able to put a program together specially tailored for your needs.

Wellness Inventory & Health Consultation

The Wellness Inventory, a computerized health assessment, is offered to all members of the PSU community. Make an appointment to complete the inventory and to meet with the health educator to review the results. He or she will assist you in making your “individualized wellness plan” to bring greater balance and health to your life.
