      • Meet with the Undergraduate Advising Center (Mary Lyon Room 034) to obtain your Curriculum Planning Guide and submit a copy to OTC (Speare 215). The Curriculum Planning Guide must be generated during the Fall 2008 semester.
  • February 9, 2009
    • Completed Student Teaching Application Packet due
      If not submitted by this date, you are required to submit an appeal for each missing gate requirement.
  • Arrange by Appointment
    • *Seminar 1 – Preparing for Student Teaching
      Once your Student Teaching Packet is completed you will be contacted for an appointment with the Coordinator of Teacher Certification.

    • All Observation Forms, Midterm/Final Evaluations and Final Grades, if applicable, are due to the OTC
