  • Curriculum Planning Guide Submitted To OTC
    Meet with the Undergraduate Advising Center (Mary Lyon Room 034) to obtain your Curriculum Planning Guide and submit a copy to OTC (Speare 220). The Curriculum Planning Guide must be generated during the Fall 2009 semester.
• February 15, 2010
  • Completed Student Teaching Application Packet Due
    If not submitted by this date, you are required to submit an appeal for each missing gate requirement.
• Arrange by Appointment
  • * Seminar 1 – Preparing for Student Teaching
    Once your Student Teaching Packet is completed you will be contacted for an appointment with the Coordinator of Teacher Certification.
• May 2, 2010
  • * Seminar 2 – Student Teaching Rules and Regulations
    • 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., HUB Multi-Purpose Room
• May 7, 2010
  • * Seminar 2 – Makeup Day
    • 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., HUB Multi-Purpose Room

  • * Seminar 3 – Preparing For Employment
    • 8:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m., HUB Multi-Purpose Room
• October 18, 2010
  • Midterm Evaluations Due to OTC
• October 18, 2010
  • Second Placement Begins (If applicable)
• December 9, 2010
  • Student Teaching Ends
• December 10, 2010
  • * Seminar 4 – Program Assessment and Closure to Student Teaching
    • 8:15 a.m – 12:30 p.m., HUB Multi-Purpose Room
• December 10, 2010
  • All Observation Forms, Midterm/Final Evaluations and Final Grades, if applicable, are due to the OTC

*Attendance at the Seminars is required. Any student with a conflict during this time should contact the Office of Teacher Certification at (603)535-2224.
