Jenny joined the University Studies team in September 2012. In her previous life, she worked in residential life at several colleges in the northeast. Growing up on Staten Island, she has slowly made her way north via Connecticut and Massachusetts before settling in New Hampshire. Being a self-proclaimed “city girl,” she is enjoying the bountiful nature opportunities that New Hampshire affords. Jenny is passionate about running, kayaking, hiking, camping, and anything Disney! She was a history major in college and a psychology and counseling major in graduate school. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education Administration. Jenny enjoys working at PSU and thinks the students, staff, and faculty are friendly and engaging. When asked, Jenny said she would offer this advice to students, “Be engaged, be present, and participate fully in your college experience. Yes, that means go to class and do your homework, but it also means taking the time to really immerse yourself in PSU life!
The offices for the Department of University Studies are located on the lower-level of Mary-Lyon Hall. Use the north or south entrance (not the front facing downtown) – then go down the stairs and follow the signs!
